Anxious & Energy Drained

When I had gone into visit Kirsten, I was feeling nervous and excited to try something new. I was also crippled with anxiety and some depression as well. She welcomed me into her office and I was instantly washed over with a since of calm. She walked me through her process and went to work. Her reading of me was so accurate and she helped me learn to channel my own protection bubble while in public because I was absorbing all kinds of energy. I left the office buzzing and felt like I was floating on a cloud.
